Map reading

I've been watching with disgust at the way the British troops have been captured and held in Iran. However, as they have now been released, I feel it's safe to say this now.

15 sailors in a boat, 14 men and 1 woman and a dispute over where they were. Don't think it takes a genius to work out who had the map does it?
